I feel that if you ask people to submit photos from an event for a contest, the photos should not be photo-shopped or doctored up in anyway... What do you think?

The "Sparks in the Park Texarkana" Facebook page asked users to send in their photos for a "Sparks in the Park 2012 Photo Contest", and a lot of great photos were submitted.

The issue I have with it, is that the winning photo, (posted here), is obviously doctored.  It seems to me, that is not fair to folks that don't have high dollar photo editing software. Nothing against Alamond Photography, I did not see where there were any rules posted... anywhere.

It's a good pic, and they do great work... It's just that this is not the "real" photo as taken at the event.
