I love Thanksgiving, I love getting together with family and friends and stuffing our faces, loosening our belts afterward, and nodding off while the Cowboys beat the heck out somebody, anybody. But as I sit here and think about the preparations for the upcoming Turkey Day I do come to the same conclusion, there are at least 5 Thanksgiving side dishes that have got to go.

I don't usually tell people how to vote, normally I just let people know how I feel about political subjects and leanings. However, in this case, I am a resident of the Great State of Texas and I don't ever want to have my income taxed in this State. If you feel the same as I do and you're planning on voting tomorrow watch out, on Prop 4 the wording is a little tricky.

My son Tyler and I recently had the chance to try out Five Guys in the Metroplex, I wish we had gone to Jack-In-The-Box, not because Five-Guys food was bad, however, there was an issue that I didn't anticipate.

Dorky me forgot to set it up to record! But I did manage to remember it was on about halfway through it, it was worth it.

Would Jesus be welcome in the United States today? I would like to say yes, but it seems a bit more complicated than that.

UPDATE: I wanted to give everyone an update on the efforts to end the twice a year clock changing ritual in the state of Texas. The idea is to end daylight savings time and stay on standard time year round.

I feel that if you ask people to submit photos from an event for a contest, the photos should not be photo-shopped or doctored up in anyway... What do you think?
