Beware! There are some free-to-play games for kids that are sneaky, because it will cost you to upgrade. Then you don't find out about it until your credit card bills come in! A woman in California is fighting back. Her kids ran up some Facebook credits and she's got to pay. In her lawsuit against the site, she says her state’s laws forbid sites from letting minors buy stuff online without parental permission.
If she wins, Facebook have to pay her back and also $5 million to cover refunds for ALL parents in the country with the same problem.
