The Blue Angels Are Coming to Air Show in Bossier City, LA
If you feel the need for speed Barksdale Air Force Base is proud to present the 2023 Defenders of Liberty Air Show, March 25-26. And yes, the U.S. Navy Blue Angels are expected to perform at this year's show.
With the recent popularity of the movie Top Gun: Maverick, Barksdale Air Force is expecting a packed house. This show always brings excitement and fun for all ages as visitors not only get to see an incredible air show but get to see an array of vintage aircraft and other planes perform aerial stunts and more.

Free Admission
Gates open at 9 AM and the show starts at 11 AM - 4 PM Saturday and Sunday. Admission to the airshow is FREE as well as parking. However, no overnight parking will be allowed at the event.
This historical event first took place in 1933 at Barksdale and it gives aviation enthusiasts a chance to experience historical aircraft on display and the latest state-of-the-art jets and inventions.
