More Genoa High School Graduates Are Awarded UAHT Scholarships
Kudos to these four Genoa High School graduates. Each of these girls has been awarded scholarships to the University of Arkansas at Hope Texarkana. Congratulations to Lindsey McDowell, Emily Shetzer and Macie and Madison Sims. I think it's a pretty good guess on my part that Macie and Madison are twins.
Lindsey McDowell has been awarded the Bridge Scholarship to attend the College. This award is $1,000 per academic year. She is a graduate of Genoa Central High School. She is the daughter of Philip and Laura McDowell. Lindsey plans to study general education at UAHT and pursue a career in diagnostic medical sonography.
Emily Shetzer was awarded the Honors Scholarship to attend the College. This award is $2,400 per academic year. Shetzer is a graduate of Genoa Central High School. She is the daughter of Elissa Robbins. Emily plans to pursue a degree in general education at UAHT.
Macie Sims has been awarded the Honors Scholarship to attend the College. This award is $2,400 per academic year. Sims is a graduate of Genoa Central High School. She is the daughter of Angie and Chad Sims. Macie plans to pursue a degree in general education at UAHT.
Madison Sims has been awarded the Chancellor’s Scholarship to attend the College. This award is $3,400 per academic year. Sims is a graduate of Genoa Central High School. She is the daughter of Chad and Angie Sims. Madison plans to pursue a degree in general education at UAHT.
