It's not every day that you'd see a flying saucer strapped to the bed of a government truck, but that's what drivers in and around Washington D.C. thought they saw Wednesday night.

As the truck drove into Prince George's County on its way to the Patuxent Naval Air Station, drivers began calling 911.

However, the object in question wasn't a UFO, though it certainly looks like one: the Northrop Grumman X-47B is an unmanned drone that could soon be flying over The States and elsewhere, It was reportedly on its way to the base for flight tests, according to a local Fox News affiliate. Its saucer-like shape and tail-less design were meant to evade radar, not spook commuters.
