Ashdown Public Schools Meet the Teacher + Guidelines

Ashdown Public Schools have announced the Meet the Teacher schedule and COVID-19 Guidelines beginning on Tuesday, August 18. Please adhere to all guidelines set forth in meeting your teachers in order to maintain safety for them and yourself.

MEET THE TEACHER

Tuesday, August 18 - Noon - 6 p.m. - Kindergarten and 3rd Grade (by appointment only)

Wednesday, August 19 - Noon - 6 p.m. - 1st and 4th Grade (by appointment only)

Thursday, August 20 - Noon - 6 p.m. - 2nd and 5th Grade (by appointment only)

Grades 3-4-5 will enter through the building entrance on Davis Street (C.D. Franks building)

Grades K-1-2 will enter through the new Ashdown Elementary entrance on Foster Drive

Tuesday, August 18 - 2-6 p.m. - 6th Grade

Wednesday, August 19 - 2-6 p.m. - 7th Grade

Thursday, August 20 - 2-6 p.m. - 8th Grade

Please enter the building through the doors by the cafeteria.

Each evening at 5:30 p.m., there will be a Principal’s Parent meeting in the gym to discuss details for the year.

ALL Campus Guidelines for Meet the Teacher

Masks are required to be worn properly covering the nose and mouth while in all buildings (age 2 and older).

Please do not attend of you have had a fever, chills, lost taste or smell, or any other COVID-19 symptoms, have been around a COVID-19 positive person or been told to isolate or quarantine.

We ask that only 2-3 family members accompany the student to Meet the Teacher in order that we comply with ADH guidelines.
