The Arkansas Symphony Orchestra, Philip Mann, Music Director and Conductor, announces a presentation of The Magical Music of Harry Potter, 7:30PM Saturday, October 7 and 3PM Sunday, October 8 at the Robinson Center.

According to a press release, the symphony will perform signature selections spanning all eight entries from the iconic Harry Potter film series. Composed by the legendary titan of film music himself, John Williams, along with Patrick Doyle, Nicholas Hooper, and Alexandre Desplat, the music brings the magic to life as the orchestra plays Hedwig's Theme, The Flight of the Order of the Phoenix, Hogwart's March, Witches, Wands, and Wizards, and many more favorite and beloved selections from the popular films. The films will not be presented. Audiences are invited attend this family-friendly event in costume as their favorite character.
Tickets go on sale to the general public September 5, 2017 at 10AM; prices are $15, $35, $55, and $65; active duty military and student tickets are $10 and can be purchased online atwww.ArkansasSymphony.org/magic; at the Robinson Center street-level box office beginning 90 minutes prior to a concert; or by phone at (501) 666-1761, ext. 1.
