A Thompson, Georgia man has been released from the hospital after his friends help him do the world's best Ghost Rider impression Thursday night. WBJF-TV reports 36-year-old William Bonner can be seen on a bar's security camera daring his friends to use Bacardi 151-proof rum to set his face on fire. After several attempts, the man gets his wish, and his melon goes up like the head of a match.

He managed to douse the flames, but suffered burns serious enough to land him in critical condition. He was released from the hospital Sunday.

Richmond County cops initially thought a crime was committed; initially it was thought Bonner was burned as part of a fight. However, they quickly realized Bonner brought the incident on himself, and decided not to charge him. Lt. Blaise Dresser of the Richmond County Sheriff's office said Bonner suffered enough.
