This video has been on the internet a while, and recently a television commercial was made off of the same premise as this original.

Recently, I was with some friends watching the UFC pay-per-view fights, and a t.v. commercial came on that was created behind this video.  I told the guys that I saw the real thing on YouTube a long time ago.
