On Friday evening in downtown Jefferson, Texas there is a St. Patrick's Day Celebration with a fun shopping event as you look for Shamrocks at participating businesses to draw for prizes. 55th Annual Jonquil Festival

One of the best festivals to check out this weekend is about the color yellow on green. See the beautiful Jonquil flowers all in bloom at Historic Washington State Park. Starting Friday and going on Saturday and Sunday there will be a 5K Run, arts and craft booths, take a tour of some of the historical buildings too.
