Wedding Photographer Misses ‘First Kiss’, Couple Sues [POLL]

When your getting married wedding pictures are everything! What would you do if the photographer missed the "first kiss"? Would you sue?

That's what a couple did in Australia. Jarrad and Sheree Mitchell were married back in August of 2011. The photographer got a pic of them right before they kissed, but missed the actual first kiss as husband and wife. So, they sued and won!

They also claimed that some of the photographs were blurred and not artistic. They wanted $6,740 in damages. A judge ruled that the company will pay them around $750 out of the $2,700 they spent, because the company did not deliver what was promised.
