Walmart Is Mandating One-Way Aisles to Encourage Social Distancing

Walmart announced that it will begin mandating one-way aisles to encourage customers to practice social distancing. That change went into affect today.

In a release, Walmart said the following:

One-way aisles are designed to increase social distancing and give customers more space on each aisle.

Going forward, Walmart shoppers will be expected to follow floor decals indicating the one-way flow of traffic. Green "Shop This Way" stickers will be on the floor to indicate the entrance of each aisle. Red "Do Not Shop This Way" will tell opposing traffic not to enter the aisle.

Hey friends, this is our new normal.  I figure if we were able to go from 24-hour Walmart access to limited access, we will live through the one-way traffic on the food aisles. However, that may just pose a problem on the toilet paper aisle.
