The Texarkana, Texas Farmers’ Market is opening for the Summer. The market will be open on Saturdays through the summer from 7 AM until noon.

The Farmers Market schedule spans a total of 15 weeks and will conclude in July. Weekly market themes include Night Markets, Healthy Living Series, and the annual Best Salsa in the Ark-La-Tex.

The organizers of the market want to make sure everyone is safe and had this to say about COVID-19

Due to Covid-19, we want to ensure that the market is a safe and fun environment for all to enjoy. We are taking a few extra precautions by postponing normal farmers' market activities like our events which tend to draw large crowds. Masks are recommended but not required to attend the market. We will also have hand sanitizer available for use.

When you visit the market you can see some of the great vendors including some new ones as well. The Market is still accepting applications for additional vendors.

The Texarkana, Texas Farmers' Market is an open-air market in historic downtown Texarkana that provides an avenue for local vendors to sell their products while promoting healthy, locally grown food.
