Texarkana Texas Police have made a second arrest in the shooting that took place in the Chili's parking lot back on December, 30 of 2022.

That shooting resulted in the death of 31-year-old Jermaine Aldridge of Texarkana, Texas outside of  Chili's in Texarkana on December 30, 2020.

Texarkana Police stated on their Facebook page:
officers found Aldridge lying between two cars in the Chili’s parking lot about 4:30 that afternoon. He had been shot once in the back and died at the scene.

The arrest of 32-year-old Calving Gardner of Grand Prairie, Texas took place on Sunday, June 5 as a Texarkana, Texas police officer saw him going into a business on North Robinson Road.

Calvin had a warrant out for his arrest for Murder. He was arrested and booked at the Bi-State Jail and a judge set his bond at $1 million dollars.
We made a second arrest in this case on Sunday after Officer Colton Johnson saw 32-year-old Calvin Gardner going into a business in the 1500 block of North Robison Road and knew that an arrest warrant for Murder had been issued for him.

Texarkana Texas Police made their first arrest in this case last week on June 2, 2022.
They arrested Cedric Alexander of Mississippi his bond was also set at $1 million.
