Texarkana Crime Stoppers Offer $500 For Video of October Shooting

Texarkana Area Crime Stoppers is offering a $500 cash reward to the first person who provides a video of the shootings that happened at the Halloween party inside Octavia’s Event Center.

The crime took place on Saturday, October 30. Texarkana Texas Police responded to calls at around 11:56 PM about shots being fired and multiple people had been shot. The shooting took place at a private Halloween party at a venue located in the 2300 block of Texas Boulevard in Texarkana Texas.
Javon Gooden, 20, died in the shooting and several others were injured. Two arrests were made: Keuntae McElroy, 21, of Texarkana, Arkansas and Andre Morine, 24, of Texarkana, Arkansas.
