The teenager accused of killing a Texarkana mother and her two children will now be charged as an adult, which means that if she is convicted, she could receive life in prison.  The death penalty is not an option because the suspect was a juvenile at the time of the crime.

Rachel Pittman was arrested and charged with the murders of 34 year old Amanda Doss, and her two children ages 8, and 11.  She has now been moved to the Bi-State Justice Center from the Juvenile Detention Center where she has been held since being arrested in August 2011.
