Texarkana is abuzz with holiday cheer as locals gear up for festive fun starting December 2nd!

The weekend is here and so is Texarkana's 150 birthday, tonight the Sesquicentennial celebration continues downtown with the Post Office Lighting, Time Capsule ceremony and then it's live performances at the Perot Theatre featuring the Texarkana Symphony Orchestra and much more. Texas A&M University-Texarkana and the Texarkana Symphony Orchestra will be holding the second Chamber Music Series concert of the season on Monday, November 11. The concert will take place at 6PM in the Tri-State Iron & Metal Atrium on the 3rd floor of the University Center building. The concert is free and open to the public.
