T.R.A.C.H. Receives Award

The Texarkana Regional Arts and Humanities Council (TRACH) recently received the Natural State Award during the annual Henry Awards Banquet during the 38^th Arkansas Governor’s Conference on Tourism.

The Henry awards honor both individuals and organizations which have made important contributions to the state’s tourism industry during the preceding year. The awards are named for Henri de Tonti, founder of the Arkansas Post in 1686 and who is often hailed as the first “Arkansas Traveler”.
