Sonic on New Boston Road Closes For Good

It's so sad to see businesses close in our area. Now we can, unfortunately, add a Sonic location to the list. The Sonic on New Boston Road at Robison Road has a sign on the drive-thru window stating that they have closed this location permanently and to visit their other locations on Summerhill Road or in Wake Village.

After making a few calls, we found out that the location officially closed last Thursday, February 28. The lease on the property was due to end on the end of March. The biggest contributor to the closure was the drastic reduction in the workforce at Harte Hanks were also responsible for the decision to close the location.
