Sexy or Silly, Maserati Unveils New SUV

Maserati's very first SUV was unveiled today at the Paris Auto Show. To me an SUV should say Dodge, Ford or Chevy on it somewhere, but let's take a first look.

The soon to be titled Levante is certainly sexy for a supposed off-road capable vehicle. Sort of looks like a sleek and sporty Maserati, only taller.

Here's the thing, this new 'Italian-sports-car-looking-SUV' will be produced here in the US, by Chrysler, on a Jeep Grand Cherokee frame.

You know, it just might be a capable off-roader, we'll just have to wait and see.

Watch for it's release as a 2014 model. No word yet on the sticker shock this beauty might bring.
