Ride Aboard The Christmas Express Train in Jefferson, Texas

If you love trains then get ready to take a ride on the Christmas Express out of Jefferson Texas. 

Hosted by the Historic Jefferson Railway you board an antique gas-powered train. On the day trip, you will hear great stories of Christmas around the World as the train takes you through the Big Cypress Bayou and the Piney woods of East Texas.

The decorated historic railroad depot captures the holiday spirit.

The Christmas Express will start running Friday, November 29 and Saturday, November 30. Then each Friday and Saturday in December before Christmas. Trains depart twice each day at 12:30PM and 2:30PM.

Tickets are $15 for First Class Enclosed Coach
$12, Open Coach
Lap Children under 4 are free in First Class
Children under 6 are free in Coach
