Summer will be here before you know it and if you are like my family you need to find some stuff for the kids to do this Summer.

Well, the folks at the Texarkana Independent School District have some Summer Sports Camps that everyone can enjoy. From Golf to Volleyball the school district has thought of every aspect and needs of the kids this summer.

The summer sports camps will run from early June until early August. The camps are for boys and girls from kindergarten through high school. They will offer tennis, baseball, golf, and girls basketball, softball, and strength and conditioning camps in June.

The boys and girls soccer, boys basketball, and volleyball camp will be in late June. The football camp will be from August and is open to all kids from kindergarten to 8th grade.

The price for the 'Summer Sports Camps' range from $25 to $90 you can save some money if you register early. The football camp is free of charge.

If you would like more information, and a complete listing of the camps and their cost, please contact April Lane at 903.793.7731 ext. 57001 or april.lane@txkisd.net.
