Record Enrollment At Texas A&M-Texarkana

Enrollment at Texas A&M-Texarkana for the Fall Semester has set a record for the Bringle Lake Campus.The preliminary figure of 1952 students is being reported to the Texas Higher Education Coordination Board. The number is an 8.26% increase from the Fall 2010 semester and a 2.53% increase from Fall 2011.

The local university began accepting freshman and sophomore studnet in 2010 and has built a dormitory building to house students on campus.
