A fugitive from justice is now behind bars thanks to Arkansas law enforcement.

According to the Arkansas Department of Corrections, Tomango Kelley, one of the top most wanted felons in the state was apprehended in Texarkana. Authorities describe Kelley has a parole absconder and convicted murderer.

Police say Kelley broke parole back in October less than 3 months after being released from prison. He was tracked to a relative's home in Texarkana. Arkansas Community Corrections officers called in Arkansas side police as backup. As officers arrived on scene, the suspect fled, and a chase ensued. Authorities say Kelley eventually crashed out and was taken into custody without further incident.

Kelley now faces additional charges including failure to register as a sex offender and fleeing.
