It’s The First Ever ‘Hoot Festival’ This Weekend in Arkansas
October is known as Fall Festival month and there are a lot of great festivals to check out. This Friday, October 8, and Saturday, October 9 it's the very first ever Hoot Festival and it's going to be full of family fun and live music.
Live Music Friday Night with The Moss Brothers Band
The fun all starts Friday night at 8PM with live music from the Moss Brother's Band. It all takes place at Dee's Barn and Venue in Ashdown.
Games and Activities for the Kids Saturday
Saturday morning get ready for the Cornole Tournament, Face Painting, Train Rides, Bounce Houses and more. Tickets are $1 or 25 tickets for $20. Games are one ticket. Other activities may be more.
Try your Luck at the Cornhole Tournament
Cornhole Tournament - Registration starts at 9 AM and the first throw is at 10 AM. $50 per team.
More Live Music Saturday Night with The Dusty Rose Band
Then there is more live music Saturday Night with the Dusty Rose Band from 8 PM to Midnight.
Parking is $5 cash only. Tickets for Concerts are $20 each
Dee's Barn and Venue is located at 122 Little River 11 in Ashdown, Arkansas.
The event benefits The Owl’s Wing, (Orphans and Widows to Love) a non-profit organization in it's early stages to help provide comfort, nurture, compassion, and stability for children who are in foster care or orphaned. And to help widows with emotional support, friendship, and a helping hand in daily activities.
