For a lot of people there is nothing better in the morning then a nice hot cup of coffee! Well, put your Goldilocks thinking cap on cause too much is not good and too little isn't good either! It's gotta be "Just Right." Great just another thing to worry about!

The study was conducted by researchers at the Western Australian Institute for Medical Research (WAIMR) and the University of Western Australia's School of Medicine and Pharmacology.  Vance Matthews, assistant professor at WAIMR said:

"It seems that the health effects are dose-dependent," Matthews said. "A moderate intake of coffee, up to three to four cups a day still seems to decrease the risk of developing diseases such as cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes."

The report went on to say that too little coffee, you won't get the health benefits. Too much coffee and then the health risks start including weight gain and diabetes.

So, limit your coffee to 3 to 4 cups a day. Yeah, right! OK, I'll try to keep track...I'll try!

How much coffee do you drink a day?
