Movies in The Park This Week – Aladdin: Live Action

The temperatures have finally started to cool down. Now it's time to really enjoy Movies in The Park at Spring Lake Park brought to you by the Texarkana, Texas Parks and Recreation Department. This week's movie will be Aladdin: Live Action.

This Thursday, October 10 at the Spring Lake Park Stage.

Aladdin: Live-Action, directed by Guy Richie and starring Will Smith, is the live adaption of the 1992 Disney aminated movie of the same name.

The story according to imdb.com:

A kind-hearted street urchin Aladdin vies for the love of the beautiful princess Jasmine, the princess of Agrabah. When he finds a magic lamp, he uses a genie's magic power to make himself a prince in order to marry her. He is also on a mission to stop the powerful Jafar who plots to steal the magic lamp that could make his deepest wishes come true.

Be sure to bring a blanket or lawn chairs and your favorite snacks. There will also be a concession stand open with drinks and snacks available for purchase. The movie will start at dusk around 7PM.
