Miller County Fair in Fouke Kicks Off This Weekend – What You Need to Know
It's all about Family, Food, and Fun beginning this weekend in Fouke Arkansas. Kids will be showing livestock, folks will have pies, cakes, jams and more with the Miller County Fair.
At 7 p.m. on Saturday August 31, it's the Pageant for girls ages 0 to 21 at Fouke High School three dollars for adults, a buck fifty for students, and kids under 5 get in free.
6 p.m. Monday it's the parade from Miller County Road 10 in front of the fairgrounds, and the community center then south to Miller County Road 9 in front of Fouke City Hall, then over to Hwy 71 back to Miller County Road 10. Also Monday, Home Arts and Clothes Line Art has early check-in.
On Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. it's the check-in for Baked Goods. At 1 p.m. judging begins for Home Arts. At 7 p.m. Tuesday there is a non-pedigree dog show. Free admission.
September 5, it's free admission with a Senior luncheon and bingo.
At 7 p.m. September 6 Adam Sloan will be performing.
Beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday September 8, it's the Miller County Fair Livestock Show. For the grand finale it's the highlight that is High School Rodeo bull riding sponsored by "Young Guns Bull Riding". Tickets are $8 for adults, $5 for kids aged 6 to 12, and kids under 5 get in free.
