'The Mad Pooper' Keeps Pooping Outside a Colorado Family's House

This is one of those stories for which the headline really says it all. In this case, a jogger has been defecating outside a family's house once a week for quite a while now. As homeowner Cathy Budde explained to a local Colorado Springs TV station, "[My kids] are like, ‘There’s a lady taking a poop!’ So I come outside, and I’m like, ‘Are you serious? Are you really taking a poop right here in front of my kids!?’ She’s like, ‘Yeah, sorry!’” Oh!
