If you love to cook then you know how important fresh herbs are in your favorite dishes. This weekend you can learn how to grow and harvest your very own herb garden at Binning Farm in Maud.

There isn't a better way to learn about growing herb gardens than with a farmer that has been growing their own herbs for years! In the class, you will learn how to grow, harvest and use herbs in different foods!

Be sure to sign up for the class that is taking place this Saturday, April 17 from 1PM to 3PM. The class cost just $15 and you can sign up at their website binningfarm.com you can also message them and find out more information on their Facebook page.

You might not realize it but you may have already met the owners of Binning Farm, Eddie and Debbie Binning. They have become a constant presence at the Texarkana Farmers Market going on 5 years now. The Binning Farm is located at 6277 FM 2149 in Maud, Texas.

Oh and by the way, get ready because soon the Texarkana Farmers Market will be open again! It is set to open for the season on Saturday, May 1.
