The Miller County Red Dirt Master Gardeners will be hosting their next training session this fall. The classes are easy to fit into your schedule; October 5 and October 19. Then November 2, November 9 and November 16. All the classes are from 8 AM to 4:30 PM  which includes classroom education and field trips.

What Will I Learn From the Master Gardener Classes?

The classes include learning about lawn care, ornamental trees and shrubs, insect diseases, weed management, plant and soil nutrition, vegetable and flower gardening, irrigation and more.

Forty hours of community service is also required with events like landscaping opportunities, information booths at events, teaching and working with kids and promoting the love and skill of horticulture for the future.
