Lasting Light Coming To Texarkana

The Grand Canyon is coming to Texarkana.At least in the form of a photographic traveling exhibition. Featuring 60 color photographs, Lasting Light: 125 Years of Grand Canyon Photography is a collaboration between the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service and the Grand Canyon Association.

Lasting Light reveals the dedication of those who have attempted to capture the Grand Canyon on film from the earliest days to modern times. If you have never visited this awesome creation, you will want to after viewing this exhibit.

Lasting Light will make Texarkana its home at Discovery Place Museum from January 26 to April 21 of 2013. Make plans now.
