Make plans to be at the 17th Annual Wine and Jazz Gala at the Silvermoon on Broad in downtown Texarkana.

Everybody has a great time at this event with all the wonderful food, wine and fantastic jazz. And it all benefits Harvest Regional Food Bank.

What Day is The 17 Annual Wine & Jazz Gala?

It all takes place this Friday, March 31. The fun all starts at 7 PM and goes until 9 PM.

When you come to the Wine and Jazz Gala you will notice local restaurants will have food stations set up. At each station the restaurants will feature one or two of their specialties there will also be a couple of wines to choose from that have been picked especially for the selected food they are serving.

And the Jazz? Well, that is what makes this night even more special. Performing thisyear it's Candace Taylor and Trio. Be sure to take a look at the great items up for auction in the silent auction and place your bid. Watch a masterpiece come to life with the live painting.

Using data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (released in April 2020), we analyzed the average price for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline from 1976 to 2020 along with the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for unleaded regular gasoline from 1937 to 1976, including the absolute and inflation-adjusted prices for each year.
