Renew Truck, a division of the Joe Gear Companies, is expanding its operations by leasing an additional building and outdoor storage lot at the TexAmericas Center.

The expansion of Renew Truck adds 2,604 square feet of production space and a 2.35-acre lot, bringing the company's total footprint at the Texarkana industrial park to more than 16,000 square feet.

Expanding Renew's Footprint

Located at 139 Miller Street, the new facility is next to Renew Truck’s current operations at 150 Service Street on the Central Campus. The company remanufactures and sells yard trucks used in industrial and logistics operations all over the US.

According to Eric Voyles, Executive Vice President and Chief Economic Development Officer at TexAmericas Center, the expansion shows the confidence that long-term tenants have in the center's services.

"We are proud to support Renew Truck’s growth and diversification into new markets on our campus,” said Voyles. “We are excited to see them continue contributing to the success of the transportation manufacturing industry in our region.”

A Sign of Regional Growth

Renew Truck has been a tenant at TexAmericas Center since 2016, originally operating under the name MTP Drivetrain. Its continued growth reflects the strength of the transportation manufacturing sector, a key industry for the Texarkana region. The company's expansion into new product lines will help it meet growing demand.
