Is This What Yoga Looks Like From the Front? [VIDEO/POLL]

A friend here at the station said, "Jeff, you should really try yoga."  So, I thought about it, then I saw this video... and now I'm not so sure.

I've seen yoga before on the T.V. and in movies, and there they usually show the view from behind a hot chick.  If this is what it looks like from the front... I'll pass.
