Harvest Texarkana will be holding a "Hot Dog Eating Competition" this Friday with all proceeds benefitting The Harvest Regional Food Bank In Texarkana.

Hopkins Icehouse is located in the new "Entertainment District" in historic downtown Texarkana. Here is a little history of Hopkins:
This building was built in the early 1900s. Legend has it that it was a Ford dealership and you are sitting in the “showroom.” Roy D Hopkins Feed & Seed began business here on January 2, 1936, and closed in 2007. That’s when George Dodson & David Jones purchased the property.
