Harvest Virtual Food Drive – Here’s How & Why You Should Donate
Townsquare Media has teamed up with Harvest Regional Food Bank for a very special food drive. It's a virtual food drive and we are kicking it off today (May 15).
Did you realize that Harvest Regional Food Bank serves 10 counties? That's a lot of people and now there are even more people that need help because of the coronavirus. We are making it super easy for you to make a monetary donation. Just click on the button below and start shopping. You will be able to see what and how every dollar you donate is capable of buying for Harvest Regional Food Bank.
You may ask, why should I make a monetary donation? Can't I just drop some food off? The answer is, it's much better to donate money, and here is why:
1. Harvest Regional Food Bank knows how to shop for the best price and the most nutritional value for the dollar. For every dollar that you donate, they can get 5 and a half meals!
2. Harvest Regional Food Bank shops for all age groups. They have children, adults and elderly that depend on them. The nutritional needs are different for each age group, not to mention if someone is diabetic or has food allergies.
Please join us and help make a difference in our area and surrounding communities and make a monetary donation at the button below. For more information and the link to the Virtual Food Drive.
The Virtual Food will run until the end of June and is brought to you by our friends at Bank OZK and El Chico.
