The first woman reported that she was traveling on Highway 67 just before 2 a.m. when a car came racing up behind her with blue and red lights flashing on the cars dash.  She pulled over and he approached her vehicle dressed in a dark t-shirt with Police on the front of it.  She did not believe he was a real police officer, and when she told him so, he walked away.  She called 911 immediately.

A little after 3 a.m. another woman was traveling on FM 3098 when she was pulled over by the man.  He approached her vehicle and told her that she was going a bit fast.  She reported that the man was wearing a black t-shirt with Police on the front, and said he seemed nervous.  She drove away, but the man appeared again as she pulled into her mother's drive-way.  He asked for directions to Redwater, and if that was her home, she said it was her mother's house and he left.  She called 911 to report the incident.

A short time later Bowie County Deputy Chris Allison spotted a vehicle matching the suspect's description, and stopped the vehicle, which was being driven by Blake.  In the car Deputy Allison saw the dashlights, the t-shirt, and a plastic badge.  The suspect also had a set of handcuffs in his pocket.
