East Texas Amber Alert – Be on The Lookout For This Child

UPDATE  - The child has been found and is safe

An  AMBER ALERT came out this morning out of Henderson, TX (just south of Longview) for two-year-old Ariel Smith. She is 2-1 and weighs 39 pounds. She has black braided hair and has a two-inch scar on the right side of her neck. She was last seen last night at 10:25 wearing a white tee shirt.

Texarkana Texas Police Department posted the information on their Facebook page. Police are searching for Lamarcus Smith, 41, in connection with Ariel’s abduction. He is described as being 6 feet tall and weighing about 180 pounds. He last had in a white tee shirt and blue jeans. He has a tattoo on his chest and right arm.

Unfortunately, they don’t know what type of vehicle they may be in.

The Henderson Police believe that Ariel may be in grave danger and are very concerned for her safety. If you see them, please call 911 immediately.
