The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added Marques Jujuan Thompson, 20, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive List. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and capture of Thompson. Taylor Parker, 27, of Simms, Texas, who has been accused of killing Reagan Simmons-Handcock and her baby is now back in Texas and was booked into the Bi-State Detention Center in Texarkana.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI), working with the Idabel Police Department, arrested a 27-year-old woman who is accused of removing an unborn baby from a Texas woman’s body. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the victim, 21-year-old Reagan Simmons-Hancock, died as a result of the injuries she sustained. The baby is also deceased.
