Answers to The Doors of Texarkana
Do the doors look familiar? Did you figure out where they are?
1. This is the side door to TLC at 201 East Broad Street. Yum! ;)
2. This is the Jamison Building downtown at Oak and Third Streets. It looks empty right now, but it's on the Texarkana Historical Registry for being the first business and professional building for African Americans in Texarkana.
3. If you you guessed the Perot Theatre, then you'd be correct.
4. Okay, this may not be the back door but I love these arches. This is the back area of the Museum of Regional History at 219 N. State Line Ave.
5. Um, ya know I'm not really sure what or who is inside, but it's a great door! Actually, there are two doors here located off of Front Street and close to a place called Alley Katz.
6. This sweet door is a back door to Flour Child Fine Foods. I love the awning.
