American Idol Rachel Hale to Perform in Hometown Prescott, AR
Prescott First United Methodist Church will be hosting a Back to School Bash on August 18, 2023, featuring a free concert from Nashville star and former American Idol Rachel Hale.
Hale, a Prescott, Arkansas native was seen on American Idol Season 12 in 2013 where she made it into the Top 20. This small-town girl from Arkansas had her strongest performance when she performed a cover of Grace Potter's "Nothing But The Water," which was ranked as one of the top moments of the season according to Billboard. In 2012, Hale led worship with multiple Grammy Award winner Cece Winans Nashville Life Church as well as writing and performing on the Church's debut album, Shine On Us.
Rachel's music has been featured on Daystar television and God TV both Christian-based television stations. Hale eventually landed her own TV reality show, Hale's Kitchen is a spin on Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen because of her last name Hale. The show invited celebrities and special guests to join her in making some fun recipes with paleo companies for her friends and followers.
Rachel Hale released a country single in 2022, titled, "A Man" which is a twist on the word, 'Amen' about love and faith. I personally loved the song. Be on the lookout for some new music coming soon!
