10 Texarkana Restaurants Where You Can Get A Cheap Delicious Lunc

These days everything is getting more expensive, heck gas is still over three dollars a gallon. Most lunches these days are close to $15 but I found 10 places in Texarkana where you can get a really delicious lunch for not too much money.

10. Jason's Deli

Jason's Beli is one of my family's favorites. With sandwiches great salads and a very unique take on chicken nuggets they are not only affordable but have a great selection. Jason's Deli is located at 2700 Richmond Rd.

9. Mooyah Burgers

Mooyah Burgers is a great place for a quick affordable lunch. They have great shakes and if you are watching those carbs, a wonderful "Ice Veggie Burger' which is your favorite burger using lettuce as a bun replacement. Mooyah Burger is located at 2700 Richmond Road Suite 3.

8. Slim Chickens

From the spicy Korean BBQ to the cool Slim's sauce you will find their chicken fingers light and tasty and the chicken and waffles will be your go-to scrumptious meal. Slim Chickens is located at 4201 North Stateline Ave.

7. Colima's Mexican Restaurant

With some of the biggest portions with the biggest burrito, I have ever seen. I mean you can share some of these dishes Colima's is a little out of the way place at 3535 Summerhill Road Suite 1.

6. Los Ruvalcaba Mexican Restaurant

This restaurant specializes in authentic Mexican cuisine. It has two locations in Texarkana. But right now they are relocating the Stateline location to Texas Blvd. See the details on the move in Mario's story. The Central Mall location is currently open.

5. Reggie's Burgers Dogs and Fries

With two great locations on both sides of town, Reggie's selection of burgers and dogs will have you coming back for more. They do have bunless burgers for you and they even have some of the most unique cheeses available for your burger, even blue cheese. Reggie's is located at 4824 St. Michael Drive and 3200 North Stateline.

4. TLC Burgers

This one makes me sad. One of the staples of downtown lunch spots, TLC had a major fire and is in the process of rebuilding. I can't wait for a Jalapeno Cheeseburger with some of the famous "Red River Sand". You can see the latest on the rebuild in Lisa's story. TLC is located in downtown Texarkana on Broad Street.

3. Loca Luna Mexican Restaurant

This place is so good they have two locations and a third on the way. You cannot go wrong with anything on the menu and their salsa is really tasty. Loca Luna currently has two locations, 4400 Moores Lane and 5200 West 7th Street.

This little taco place has made a name for itself by only being open on the weekends. The food is simple but the flavor is amazing. Tacos Mi Pueblo is located at 2024 New Boston Road.

This little lunch spot is your taste of all of that great home cooking your grandma used to make. From Chicken Fried Steak to Hot water cornbread you will find all of these great southern comfort foods to be easy on the pocket. Mother Kelly's is located at 2122 North Stateline.
