April 28, 2012 There was a great turn-out for the 18th Annual 4-States Mustang Club's "Stampede and Cars are the Stars Show to benefit CASA at Central Mall in Texarkana.
CASA volunteers are caring adults who get to know children who have experienced abuse and/or neglect and are now going through the painful process of recovery. CASA’s provide the courts with objective information and recommendations to help ensure the child’s best interests are served.
