City Council to Discuss Disputed Water Bill

The Texarkana, Texas City Council meets for their final regularly scheduled meeting for 2015 tonight at 6PM at City Hall.

The council will get a first briefing on a resolution concerning the disputed water bill at the Forest Point Apartment Homes. The owners of the apartment complex believed they have been overcharged, while the city disagrees. The city is looking to force the apartment owners to pay their over due bills.
