Arkansas Side City Board To Meet Monday

The Texarkana Arkansas City Board of Directors will meet Monday July16th at City Hall.During the regular meeting the board will here a report from City Attorney Ned Stewart regarding the Texarkana Water Utilities Arbitration opinion and order from the Federal Judge involved in the case.

The board of directors will also consider an ordinance authorizing the city manager to submit an Arkansas Recreational Trails Program mathcing grant application through the Arkansas Department of Highways and Transportation Department.

The board will also hold an executive  session to deal with expiration of terms of board and commission members.

The public is invited to attend the open portion of the meeting which starts at 6:30 Monday Evening.
