U of A Hope-Texarkana – Chancellor & Honors Scholarship Recipients
The University of Arkansas at Hope-Texarkana is proud to announce the recipients of their Chancellor's Scholarship and their Honors Scholarship. It's been a tough year for everyone but as we start to come out on the other side of the pandemic, we know how difficult this past year was for students
When we hear of students excelling even in the face of COVID-19 that is a big, wonderful reason to celebrate.
Congratulations to Shelby Bowlin and Matthew Bruce.
Shelby Bowlin was recently awarded the Chancellor’s Scholarship to attend the College. This scholarship is $3,400 per academic year. Shelby graduated from Blevins High School and is the daughter of Randy and Michelle Bowlin. Shelby plans to pursue a degree in general education at UAHT and then transfer to pursue a degree in biology.
Matthew Bruce is a graduate of Spring Hill High School and he was awarded the Honors Scholarship to attend the College. This scholarship is $2,400 per academic year. Matthew is the son of Steve and Shelia Bruce he will be getting a degree in General Education.
Congratulations to both of these students on winning these scholarships and the best of luck to them both as they begin their studies at the University of Arkansas at Hope - Texarkana!
