This week's featured felon from the Texarkana Texas Police Department is Lisa Hill.

This week's TTPD Felony Friday honoree has a warrant for alleged forgery, her name is Lisa Hill. Here's the story according to the TTPD Facebook page:

In July, a woman went into the Super One grocery store and asked to cash a payroll check. They told her that it would not be a problem but she would have to show them her ID first.

The woman handed the clerk her Arkansas Identification Card, and the clerk dutifully wrote down Hill's name and other information on the card onto the check. Everything seemed on the up and up at the time, so she cashed it and gave Hill the $756.34 that the check was written for.

As you've probably already guessed the check was fake - actually the account doesn't even exist.

After later being assigned the case, Detective Warren Smith was easily able to confirm that Hill was the woman who had cashed the check and got a warrant for her. I mean how hard can it be when she gave the clerk all her information, right?
