Texarkana Arkansas Offers Amnesty Program

The Texarkana Arkansas side District Court has declared an amnesty program effective January 17th 2012, to March 31st, 2012 for people with outstanding warrants for failure to appear, or contempt.  If you are not sure, and think you may have a warrant, here’s the information you need to know.

During this amnesty program, you can pay your fines in full, and the court will dismiss any warrant fees or jail-time.

After March 31st, 2012 the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department intend to have a “Warrant Round-up”.
